On 10 October 2016, a South African and Ugandan GigX will be held in Durban South Africa prior to the African Internet Governance Forum. This follows on from the 2015 GigX's hosted in Asia, Africa and LAC. These exchanges, prior to each regional Internet Forums (IGFs) bring together with women’s rights, and internet rights activists.
